Now that Vincent F. Vasti and his brother-in-law, Frank Barbato, Jr., have assumed ownership of Romolo's, change is in the air…

Frankie and Vinny have retained the chef and the experienced staff but have made a number of modifications that are sure to please! To start, there's a renewed commitment to family dining, to creating an atmosphere where customers feel like they're part of a big, extended family. The prices for chicken and pasta dishes have been lowered and a wonderful children's menu is soon to be unveiled. Additionally, they've added a lovely new piano, high definition televisions to the bar area and landscaped the patio area to create an oasis for seasonal outside dining.

The goal of the new Romolo's is simple…to maintain the quality and elegance that lends itself to special gatherings while making the restaurant a place that you come "home" to again and again.

Romolo's has become a popular occasion spot for corporate and social celebrations. Many have already begun to mark their special day on our calendar, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible.
